Simon has spent his career helping HR and business leaders drive change across the workforce to enhance business performance. He is currently a Partner at Aon leading Reward, Assessment and Talent Analytics across EMEA. He was previously CEO of the skills analytics business Simply Get Results; and spent 10 years at Deloitte building and leading a global workforce analytics business driving organisational change for Enterprise clients.
Emma Rudd is a senior People leader known for scaling high-growth tech businesses, previously driving global expansion and major transformation as VP People at Disguise.
She now operates as a fractional CPO & Consultant supporting scaling SMEs on leadership, reward and organisational development.
Julian Daley is an experienced global reward and compensation leader, currently serving as Global Senior Compensation Manager at Freshfields after progressing through senior compensation and benefits roles within the firm. With over two decades in reward across major organisations including Hotelbeds, British Steel, Arla and Carlsberg, he brings deep expertise in global compensation, benefits strategy and operational excellence.
